Samantha Williamson is a sophomore who is into arts and photography but she tries to deny it. She wants to be somebody else. She aims to become popular in school and she believes she can only achieve this by joining the Kappa Epsilon Nu sorority. But with Georgia and the rest of the members giving her hard challenges, she won’t stop trying even at the expense of denying her true identity. She gives up almost everything and everyone she loves just to be someone she’s not, leading to a falling out with her best friend Myrtle who strongly opposes her association with the Kappas. As she traverse into a journey of self-actualization, she will come to realize that she doesn’t need the approval of others to be popular. She only needs to be herself.
